Returns and Exchanges

Personalized Items: These items are engraved/handcrafted per your instructions. These
items are non-refundable or exchangeable. We understand that these items are
sentimental and important, so if you have an issue with your item, please contact us and give us the opportunity to fix it. *Each personalized item is marked as below on listing.

All other items can be exchanged/returned. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (date starts the day the item arrives to you).

For exchanges: Please mail the item back to us. We will contact you when we receive your exchange and send you a link to pay for shipping the replacement to you.

For returns: a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping you paid to have us ship the item to you.  Please note:  you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

Need to Cancel an Order?
Please contact us as soon as possible.  If your order has NOT ship, we can cancel the order.  If it has shipped, we cannot cancel order.  Once you receive package, you can return it.
