Shipping

Production Time (How long does it take for product to ship?)

We ship all orders within 2-3 business days after payment is cleared.  All packages are shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS).  Each package will have a tracking number so you can track it.

Estimated Shipping Time

We do offer faster shipping which you can choose during checkout.  Following are the estimated time frame after package has left our facility:

Standard Mail -- Estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days
Priority Mail -- Estimated to arrive within 2-4 business days
Priority Express -- Estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days

Standard Mail -- Estimated to arrive within 2-6 weeks

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please know that the shipping charge does not include import taxes or duty charges. Some country charges these taxes and it is the buyer’s responsibility. To find out if these charges will pertain to your country, please contact your local post office or your country’s customs office.


(Business days are days the US Postal Service is open.  Meaning no holiday or weekends) 

If you need an item by a specific time, please upgrade your shipping option.  That way it will get to you on time.  Please know that we have no control as to how fast the US Postal Service takes to get the item to you.  We can assure that it will be in the mailed within 2-3 business days after payment is cleared. Once we give it to the US Postal Service, it is out of our control as to how fast it takes them to get it to you.

Need to Change Shipping Address

Please confirm your shipping address before checking out. This will prevent any delays getting package to you or the US Postal Service will send it back. If the item gets sent back, the US Postal will charge again to ship again.

Please contact us if you need to change your address. If your order has NOT ship, we will gladly change the shipping address for you.  If it has shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.

Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to full customer satisfaction.

Personalized Items:  These items are engraved/handcrafted per your instructions.  These items are non-refundable or exchangeable.  We understand that these items are sentimental and important, so if you have an issue with your item, please contact us and give us the opportunity to fix it.

All other items can be exchanged/returned.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (date starts the day the item arrives to you).

For exchanges:  Please mail the item back to us.  We will contact you when we receive your exchange and send you a link to pay for shipping the replacement to you.

For returns:  a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping you paid to have us ship the item to you.  Please note:  you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

Need to Cancel an Order?

Please contact us as soon as possible.  If your order has NOT ship, we can cancel the order.  If it has shipped, we cannot cancel order.  Once you receive package, you can return it.
